The care you deserve.
About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from TCU (Go Frogs) and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston (Go Coogs). I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified, and I am a member of Postpartum Support International and the Catholic Psychotherapy Association.
My professional experience includes over a decade working with parents, children and adolescents at a premiere children’s hospital in Texas. I have had the privilege of supporting many individuals and families through some of their most challenging times. It is an honor to work with those who open their hearts and share their feelings with me, knowing the strength and vulnerability it takes to do so.
I take great pride in the responsibility of being a wife and mother.
I provide a supportive and compassionate space for individuals navigating life's challenges. Whether you're experiencing the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy and postpartum or you are a young adult trying to find your place in the world, I am here to help. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, build coping strategies, and work toward greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move forward on your journey.
